CERTIFICATE PROGAMMES 1) Age 18 years and above 2) At least a D in all science subjects inclusive Mathematics and English 3) Physical and Mental Fitness for all clinical Certificates DURATION PER CERTIFICATE 1) Certificate in Nursing (2 years and half) 2) Certificate in Midwifery (2 years and half) 3) Certificate in Pharmacy (2 years) 4) Certificate in Medical Laboratory Techniques (2 years) DIPLOMA IN NURSING AND MIDWIFERY UCE with at least a C in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and a D in Mathematics and English. A Certificate in Nursing from a recognized Institution and must be registered with relevant professional body with a valid license. Two years of working experience from the date of registration with the professional body DIPLOMA IN MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY UCE with at least a C in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, a D in Mathematics and English A Certificate in any health related discipline from a recognized institution. Must be registered with health professional body. DIPLOMA IN PHARMANCY UCE with at least a C in Chemistry, Biology, Physics a D in Mathematics and English. UACE with at lest one principal pass in Chemistry and a Subsidiary Pass in Biology plus any other pass either Physica or Mathematics DIPLOMA IN CLINICAL MEDICINE AND COMMUNITY HEALTH "O" Level Certificate with passes in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics. "A" Level certificate with one Principal pass in Biology and a subsidiary in Chemistry.
